Low Cost Mailing have a number of high quality, high speed digital printing machines which can be used to produce a wide variety of products, from business cards, leaflets, through to transactional items such as bills and statements.
Digital printing has a number of advantages over litho printing. It is much more cost effective to print lower quantities of items using a digital process, because there are no plates which need to be created; it is a computer to print service. This also means that setup costs and time are greatly reduced, therefore turnaround times can be reduced to hours, instead of days.
Digital facilities also create the ability to produce personalised mail, including addressed items and variable data.
Addressing
A number of different high speed addressing machines enable us to provide a variety of addressing and variable data printing.
Addressing can be achieved using inkjet or laser technology.

Black and White Laser Printing
Ideal for personalised letters or overprinting and addressing, our black & white high speed printers can handle 16,000 items per hour.
Colour Laser Printing
The latest in colour laser machines enable us to print standard or variable data documents in high quality full colour, at a rate of 7000 items per hour.
High Speed InkJet Printing
Due to increased speed, inkjet printing is the most cost effective way to address onto an envelope, folded letter, self-mailer (postcard) or catalogue. Our high speed ink jetting lines can address up to 61,000 per hour.
Mail Merge

As part of our recently completed £200,000 expansion programme, our new high-end digital finishing equipment enables us to quickly and efficiently cut, score and fold digitally printed documents and keep costs down to a minimum.
